Create your first record
Create a free web account and add your cat’s profile. Open Vaccinations in health records, check the details against your vaccination booklet and attach the document if available.
Who decides the vaccination schedule?
Your veterinarian does. AryNote organizes records; it does not recommend vaccines, doses or vaccination schedules. Record the plan agreed with your veterinarian.
Step by step on the web
These steps describe the web application. Mobile screen labels and layout may differ.
Select the right animal
Sign in and select the animal whose record you want to add. If you have no profile yet, create one with the animal’s name and species.
Open vaccinations
Open the vaccinations section and choose “New record”.
Copy the booklet details
Enter “Vaccine name” and “Administration time”. Fill “Next dose” and “Repeat every” only from your veterinarian’s instructions, not from assumptions.
Attach and save
Use “Vaccination document” to select your PDF or images. Add clinic and batch details if known, then choose “Save”.
Check the saved record
Confirm that the record appears in the vaccinations list. Choose “Files” on the record to access its attached document.
Common questions
Does it replace an official vaccination booklet?
No. Keep the official documents issued by your veterinarian. AryNote helps organize your own records.
Can I use it for my dog too?
Yes. Create a separate profile for each animal to keep their records apart.
If something goes wrong
Cannot save or find the record
Check required fields and dates highlighted in the form. Wait for saving to finish, then check the selected animal and any date filters. Creating the record again before checking can produce duplicates.
A file or notification is missing
Check that the upload finished; selecting a file does not by itself save the record. Check reminder time, notification preferences and device permissions. Do not rely on notifications alone for critical care times.
