Record the medication information exactly as provided by your veterinarian. Keep relevant documents with the health record so you can consult the original instructions.
Add a care reminder
Add your animal’s profile, open Reminders and create a record for the care task you want to remember. Review the date and time before saving.
Records are not prescribing advice
AryNote does not decide the medication, dose or treatment duration. Ask your veterinarian if an instruction is unclear, a dose was missed or your animal’s condition changes.
Step by step on the web
These steps describe the web application. Mobile screen labels and layout may differ.
Open medications
Select the right animal and choose “New record” in medications.
Enter the prescribed information
Fill “Medication”, “Dose”, “Repeat interval” and “Start”. The repeat interval is in hours. A prefilled value is not treatment advice; compare every field with your veterinarian’s instructions.
Review and save
Check “Treatment status” and add an end time if known. Choose “Save” and confirm the record appears in the list.
Record what happened
On an active medication record, use “Dose taken” only for an administered dose and “Skipped” for one not administered. These actions record events, not medical decisions.
Add a separate reminder
For an additional care reminder, open Reminders and choose “New record”. Select “Custom”, enter a title and reminder time. A reminder does not replace the medication record or a dose administration record.
Common questions
Does a reminder prove a medication was given?
No. A reminder is a prompt, not proof that a task was completed. Keep your care records accurate.
Can I start without installing an app?
Yes. Free web access is available. iOS, Android and AryNote Plus are coming soon.
If something goes wrong
Cannot save or find the record
Check required fields and dates highlighted in the form. Wait for saving to finish, then check the selected animal and any date filters. Creating the record again before checking can produce duplicates.
A file or notification is missing
Check that the upload finished; selecting a file does not by itself save the record. Check reminder time, notification preferences and device permissions. Do not rely on notifications alone for critical care times.
