Attach the relevant documents to records and check entered information against the originals. A digital copy helps with organization but does not replace official documents.

Review your animal’s recorded history before the appointment. Share relevant information with your veterinarian; AryNote does not provide a diagnosis or emergency care.
Step by step on the web
These steps describe the web application. Mobile screen labels and layout may differ.
Create a profile
Sign in to your free web account and add your animal’s name and species. If you have several profiles, select the right one before creating a record.
Choose the record type
Open vaccinations, medications, weights, laboratory results or veterinary visits. Choose “New record”. Use the laboratory section for a laboratory report rather than storing all its details only in a note.
Check dates and measurements
For a laboratory record, check “Test title” and “Collection time”. If adding a measurement, enter both parameter and value. Copy units and reference ranges from the report; do not guess.
Attach the original file
Choose “Report file” on the laboratory form or the document field for the relevant record. After saving, use “Files” on the record to access the original attachment.
Review the saved history
Reopen the record in its section and check the date, values and file belong to the right animal. Keep official original documents separately.
Create an AI draft from a document
Upload the document
On the web, open Documents and choose “New record”. Enter category, document title and date. Add a PDF or ordered images through “Document pages” and save.
Start extraction
Choose the document type on its card and select “Turn into a form with AI”. This creates a draft, not a confirmed health record.
Review every field
When ready, choose “Review draft”. Compare dates, measurements, units and selected sections with the original document and read any warnings.
Confirm and check the result
Choose “I reviewed it, save selected records” to save only selected sections. Check the created record in its health section. Return to the original through “Files” in Documents.
AI availability depends on your account plan, permissions and usage limits. Free web access does not mean unlimited AI processing.

Is this a medical diagnosis service?
No. AryNote is a record-keeping tool. Contact a veterinarian for medical questions or emergencies.
Do I have to pay to try it?
Free web access is available. The guides explain the web workflow before you sign up.
If something goes wrong
Cannot save or find the record
Check required fields and dates highlighted in the form. Wait for saving to finish, then check the selected animal and any date filters. Creating the record again before checking can produce duplicates.
A file or notification is missing
Check that the upload finished; selecting a file does not by itself save the record. Check reminder time, notification preferences and device permissions. Do not rely on notifications alone for critical care times.
